We recently remodeled our 1950’s ranch style home from head to toe and it’s now a beautifully curated modern farmhouse- everything is stylish, fresh and bright with lots of natural light!
In the large, gourmet chef’s kitchen you’ll love the abundance of space to gather with everyone in your group. While the chefs enjoy the stainless steele Viking appliances, extra prep sink in the island and fully stocked spices and untensils, the on-lookers will love sitting at the oversized island which opens to the living and dining spaces.
Outside you’ll enjoy our California weather while eating meals al fresco on our back patio which also includes a beautiful large swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, large lemon and orange trees which we invite you to pick from- this is farm to table living at it’s best. We also have an entertainment pool house stocked with board games, puzzles, kids toys, a foosball table and 72″ tv to give your group just one more space and a few more activities to make your visit memorable.
Working from home or distance learning? We have blazing fast internet (600Mbps) and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own quiet space in addition to a separate, dedicated work space.
Centrally located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that’s great for a morning stroll but also close to hiking and biking trails for more vigourous outdoor activity. We’re within walking distance to Downtown Santa Rosa and Montgomery Village for all of your dining, coffee, donut and shopping needs while wineries are just 6 miles away as well as more wine and dining in Kenwood and Glen Ellen!
You’ll have access to the entire house via a smart lock on the front door and parking spaces under covered carport and in driveway as well as plenty of non-permitted street parking.

Our sweet Sherwood Forest neighborhood, named after famed Robin Hood with each of the streets named after beloved characters, began as a walnut plantation with one large plantation style house and a ton of land and walnut trees. In 1960 it was developed with 2 and 3 bedroom ranch style homes and has remained one of the premier neighborhoods in Santa Rosa.
A prime location for everything- wine tasting just 10 minutes away, a short 20 minute drive to Sonoma or Healdsburg and within walking distance to shopping, dinining and coffee in downtown Santa Rosa or Montgomery Village. And while Santa Rosa is in the middle of wine country, if beer is more your thing, be sure to visit Russian River, Bear Republic and Lagunitas breweries.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe and full of families with friendly neighbors walking their dogs and pushing strollers. And while we can’t guarantee it will never happen, because we’re on the hospital power grid, we have never lost power during PG&E’s Public Safety Power Shutoffs (an absolute must to look for when renting in our area).
Public transportation from the house is easily accessible with a bus stop within walking distance, Uber and Lyft, or a reserved private bus or limo. Airport transportation is available to and from SFO, Oakland and San Jose airports.
