Ideal for gathering & making memories, welcome to our new renovated beach cottage on beautiful Galveston Island! You’ll enjoy a large sparkling community swimming pool, boat launch, BBQ, stocked kitchen, 4 bdrms, 3 baths, hi-speed wifi, AC, games & tv’s in every room.
We recently remodeled our beach cottage from head to toe and it’s now a beautifully curated modern farmhouse- everything is stylish, fresh and bright with lots of natural light!
The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the upper level and 2 jack and jill style bedrooms with a bathroom on the lower level. The lower level is it’s own separate suite with an exterior entrance and does not have an interior connection to the upper level, making it perfect for vacations with two families or teenagers who want their own space. There is plenty of room to spread out whether drinking your morning coffee staring at the ocean on the upper deck or barbecuing and hiding from the midday sun on the lower level.
You’ll have access to the entire house via a smart lock on the front door as well as four parking spaces in driveway. You’ll also get to enjoy the community swimming pool (May-October, closed Tuesdays for maintenance), boat launch, fishing dock, and frisbee golf course!

Terramar is a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood on the West end of Galveston Island, right across the street from the beach on one side and backing up to the bay on the other. It has a community swimming pool, fishing dock, boat launch, frisbee golf course and pavilion for your use.
There are four spaces available in the driveway.
Pool is open May 1st through end of Oct. and closed every Tuesday for maintenance.

Max 5 daytime guests in addition to those on reservation
